Efficiency increase in low-loss
production

As part of the EFFIMA support program, the consultants of iPoint used material flow cost accounting (MFCA) to show the fischer group of companies optimization potential in the new production process. By comparing different scenarios, it was possible to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency even in the already low-loss production.
